About

Welcome! My name is Lizzy.

With exception of a few breaks (life, amirite?) health and fitness have been a part of my life since I was a teenager.

In October of 2020, I experienced significant injury that resulted in some limitations, chronic pain, and nerve issues/damage. It was then that I realized just how important cultivating a strong connection with mind, breath, and body truly is.

Yoga provided me with the space to heal and explore this connection, and the tools to carry it into other aspects of life and fitness. Strength and Balance training taught me to trust myself again. Calisthenics taught me lots of patience and to just have a play. Running taught me courage and resilience in a new way.

Injury upended my life but now I’ve found myself building a new, balanced one. I'm here to help you explore what's possible, and on your own terms, in the body you have today. One step at a time.

LET'S PLAY.

My other loves are being outside, being barefoot, ocean dips, cooking, mismatched clothing, inclusivity, coffee, and general shenanigans.

I am a yoga teacher, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. Continuing education is my jam. I am currently enrolled in 500hrYTT, have additional NASM certifications lined up, and attend conferences and workshops every chance I get.

I'm also a cat lady with a side salad of dogs.

Fitness and health should never feel exclusive, no matter a person’s level or mode of movement.
